Hi! Iā€™m Heaven
................
Heaven Raab MSN, RN, CCRN, NC-BC
My name is Heaven, and I started my journey as a Registered Nurse in 2013. That picture of me is at our pinning way back then. It still makes me smile. I mean, LOOK at how excited I was! And it truly was such an exciting event.
As a new graduate, I went right into Critical Care. Woah, talk about scary! It was a life changing experience and being a CCU Nurse is now part of my identity. I later obtained my Critical Care Registered Nurse Certification (CCRN) which I still hold today, and I am an active member of AACN.
Later on, I shifted gears and spent 3 years in Hosptial Leadership where I learned an incredible amount and obtained my masterā€™s degree in healthcare systems leadership. From there, I settled in education where I went back to my roots and took on the task of mentoring fresh faces into the intense world of Critical Care medicine. I found my true passion was helping others and being their cheerleader. It brings me so my joy watching them be successful and being the one there for them.
From new graduates to experienced nurses, my goal has been to provide a space for to learn and grow while feeling safe and heard. This is what ultimately lead me to Nurse Coaching. Once I found nurse coaching, or maybe it found me, it didnā€™t take long to realize I had found my calling. Now a Board-Certified Nurse Coach (NC-BC), I am able to offer private and transformational coaching in multiple ways.
I offer 1:1 personalized coaching focusing on client goals and transformation. Think of me as your own personal cheerleader but one that will question and challenge you along the way to dig deep and get to true transformation.
I provide leadership training sessions to both nursing students and all bedside nursing staff at multiple school programs and organizations. This leadership training focuses on building strong and unified teams that ultimately lead to increased satisfaction and decreased rates of burn out.
My mission is simple. Build a sustainable culture. Decrease burnout. I do this by creating human to human connection.
It is much easier to build successful teams when those teams are operating from full cups!
