In my coaching practice, I create a safe coaching container where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and aspirations without judgment. This space is built on trust, confidentiality, and respect, allowing you to express yourself openly and authentically.

"Heaven creates a space that feels safe and judgement free which allowed me the ability to lean into some areas of uncertainty. She has a calm supportive demeanor that encourages honest exploration of beliefs and thought patterns.

While working with Heaven I was able to explore what were limiting beliefs that I had unknowingly placed on myself. She allowed me space to process some "ugly" emotions that were coming from some very difficult circumstances and did so with compassion and kindness. She was able to detect when the conversation needed shifting and was respectful in how she would ask if we had spent enough time on a particularly tough topic knowing that I didn't want to spend my sessions ruminating on a situation that was out of my control. Her ability to honor my need to have limited amounts of time on the topic was both intuitive and sensitive. There was one particular session where Heaven beautifully transitioned us into a mindfulness activity that gently and graciously led me out of a frustrated angry place to a place of peace and hope as we entered topics that were goal directed and encouraging.

Heaven has a beautiful ability to hold safe space while processing challenging and emotionally triggering circumstances and while also encouraging and guiding into areas of intended growth and focus on areas that are within personal control.

It was truly a pleasure and a treasured experience being coached by Heaven and I would strongly recommend her to anyone needing some support, accountability and encouragement pursuing personal or professional growth and development."
